The word “banana” – what is the first thing that comes into your mind? How does your body, especially your mouth, react to it?

If I mentioned to you lemon, lime or oranges most likely your saliva will start to flow. Due to its sourness.

But a banana? Any reaction? Most likely will not, right?

Unless you are super hungry and suddenly you see a banana sold on a rack. Or someone offers it to you. Chances are you will grab it.

Because banana is good for energy and your energy is depleted when hungry. One or two of the mid-size will be enough to fill up your belly. Especially if you are a small guy of 50-60 kg in weight.
